Diane Wu
General ManagerMs. Diane Wu is an industry veteran who owns an MTI (Master of Translating and Interpreting) degree from Macquarie University and a NAATI-III certificate in both translation and interpreting in Australia, which is a professional qualification to practice language service for government and corporations in the country. Ms. Wu started her career life as an interpreter at the age of 19 for a visiting professor from the University of South Australia until she became a certified conference interpreter at the age of 23. Ms. Wu speaks Mandarin, English and two local dialects of China and her upbringing, education and working career is around languages and their usage. She worked on several different roles in the company (such as account management, project management) before she officially stepping up to the management position. Her customers and clients are mostly based in Europe, United States, Singapore and China and are multinational companies and their branches, consulates and embassies and private manufacturing companies in entity type.

He is currently director of operations at Babel Tower, a director of the Chinese Translators Association, deputy director of the Translation Service Committee of the Chinese Translators Association, executive director of the Fujian Translators Association, and president of the Xiamen Translators
Chris Zhou
Project ManagerGraduated from Beijing Foreign Language Studies University, Chris is a dual degree holder of Finance and English Literature. 2009-2013, Chris was the client relationship manager with Deutsche Bank (Shanghai) and was awarded with the 2011 BEST CLIENT FOCUS honor. With excellent linguistic skills and strong financial background, Chris was hired by Babel Tower Translation Service in 2016 on the role of senior reviewer in English-Chinese and transferred to project manager (Finance & Economics) in April, 2019. With her outstanding problem-solving and team-leading skills, she is expected to accomplish high-level delivery to Babel Tower clients.
Fay Fei
Project ManagerPostgraduate from the Chinese University of Hongkong, Fay also owns a bachelor degree from China Jiliang University, which is a university distinctive for its metrology, standards, quality, market regulation, inspection and quarantine.Fay used to intern in JustbioChina, which is a famous pharmaceutical company in Hangzhou invested by a few well-known funds such as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Fay is now managing life science projects in Babel Tower.

Angel is a legal translator herself. The projects she’s been dealing with in Babel Tower are legal translations from Singapore and immigration documents to Australia.
