Except from normal translation process, they review the documents twice. 2) The translation team(They have a dedicated team of 5 translators/reviewers to translate for our company) knows our products and manufacturing process, which enabled them to provide accurate translations. 3) The service has always been enjoyable in terms of their response speed and customer care. I remember there’s a time when we were requesting a super urgent certified translation service at 10:00 pm local time, the Babel PM in charge went out to search door by door for a working printing store in order to get things done. I was moved.
